Cleansing & Pore Reducing Mask ~ Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask

Innisfree, another Korean brand that I´m loving, has this wonderful mask that I want to share with you today.

This is a mask for the ones with troubled skin and that need something that cleanses the skin real good.

The Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is a 3 in 1 product - it claimes to remove sebum, brighten skin and treat blemishes. It´s also supposed to be soothing and moisturizing to the skin.
It is made of hardened LAVA (pretty cool) and it deeply cleanses the skin and pores, this is why it makes it so good for troubled skin and impurities!

Tip:

A lot of reviews that I´ve read says that they´ve put this mask on aggressive/red spots overnight and the next morning the spots are almost gone or at least calmed down.
I´ve tried this myself and I have yet to see these overnight-hallelujah results, but I am having a lot of hormonal acne at times and I find very few products working on that type of acne anyway.
On normal spots I do think it can help/calm down, so I would definitely say it´s worth a try!

The Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is best for controlling sebum and then there´s another mask called Super Volcanic Clay Mask - this is best for treating pores. I am definitely getting the Super version too as I struggle with large pores!

I really like this mask and I feel clean and refreshed after using it. It has a smooth creamy formula and I really like that as I´m not to fan of sticky masks.
I have noticed my pores have gotten a little smaller and it keeps ugly blackheads away!

It doesn´t have any perfumed scent, but it doesn´t smell like dirt or clay either;)

It is definitely worth adding to your routine, and it is a fun, good quality product for a reasonable price! This is about $12.
I always buy my korean makeup and skincare from eBay, just make sure that the seller have a high rating and that they ship out of South Korea. Buy it here :)

  1. You say it keeps blackheads away but does it remove them as well?

    1. Hi Charlotte!

As far as I know it doesn´t claim to remove blackheads, it does remove impuriteis and sebum and that is why I feel it helps keeping the blackheads away.
After removing what I have of blackheads and other impurities (I use TonyMoly Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm, it is awesome for removing blackheads) I feel that my skin stays cleaner and fresher LONGER when using this mask :-)

Thank you for taking the time commenting :-) xx
