Pastel Pink Hair & MOTD MAC Satin Taupe & Chanel Crushed Cherry Lipgloss

I just had to share this with you today and I hope you don´t mind two posts in a row ;)

So I had to remove my tape extensions two days ago - such a boring process. Not to mention sad, realizing I would have to go around with my own natural hair to let it breath for a while..
While I have to give my hair a rest from extensions I figured why not do something fun with what I have :) Sooo I dyed it PASTEL PINK!
I´ve been considering it ever since I got back to blonde, but never dared to to it whole heartedly..
As you can see I have some cm with roots showing and for some reason the color wouldn´t absorb into my ends! I have to do another round of dye tomorrow :)
I don´t mind it looking a little uneven as I have to do my roots soon anyway, and it´s not permanent and only lasts for 3 washes - so it´s nothing that´s gonna last forever:)
Even though it´s not the bravest of change, it´s a fun change!

BLOGtober 8th - Another Outfit Post. FOTD & Neutral Nude Lip MOTD

Today I went to town to see the King of Norway :)
Our town is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year so that was the reason he was guesting our town.

Sadly my camera is so out of focus so I didn't get any blog worthy pictures of the King I'm afraid, so let's focus on me instead haha!

Ok, so my outfit isn't that much different from my last OOTD post, but let me just remind I don't really do the whole "fashion" thing, you know.
I'm obsessed with my beanie, the scarf and the jeans - I will probably wear it as often as I can...
Sad as it is I don't go out much either, so when I first get the chance, I will wear it;-)

Never mind that old derelict barn in the back.

Busted, here's me in my sweatpants, as soon as I get home that's mainly what I will wear - not much fashionista about that;)
I'm feeling a bit sore after the gym yesterday, needed something comfortable!

Make-up of the day :) A little more neutral brown/bronze today:)
I wanted to wear dark lips, but it ended up looking weird and I was late so had to wipe it off and go with the nude lip instead!

My cute fall decorations in the back! Did it all my myself, sew the (faux) leaves on a thread and everything! *proud* 

So far so good, I feel the #BLOGtober challenge is going better than expected :)
OK, so I'm just done with the first week, but I'm staying positive. It feels good giving some life back into to my blog again :)

Now I will be preparing some tea (I would prefer coffee, but it will probably give me trouble sleeping later) and join the #fblchat!

BLOGtober 7th - MOTD Simple Fall Look

I went to the gym this morning and guess what, I didn't die!

Hopefully I will manage to go on Wednesday as well..:) Please, self-control stay with me.

Here's my MOTD :) 

A simple look to start with! Hopefully I'll feel more inspired with time and I'll feel more confident, I haven't done a lot of make-up in some time now. 

Suddenly have a lot more time on my hands now and I'm able to pick up this hobby and passion of mine again :)

I used shades from my Viva La Diva Palette and the Neutral 88 Palette. Nothing to exciting, I'm a bit bored with them at the moment to be honest.. I need something different..

I've actually ordered some Sleek palettes and I'm looking forward to be playing around with them :) I've heard a lot of good stuff about the Sleek palettes...

is it something I really should look forward to? :)

I lined my lips with Dior 943 Thrilling Plum, blended it slightly inwards and applied my MAC Vegas Volt on the rest. It doesn't show to well on the pictures actually, but it was a very nice orangey fall shade :) I will probably do that combo again :)

I'm starting to get really tired of my Samsung camera - ok so it makes my skin look fairly well, smooth and nice, just need some photoshop touches on my imperfections - and closeups. But it sucks at focusing and there is absolutely nothing called macro. Well, there is, but it sucks.

It doesn't pick up color really well either, and yeah, it's no fun doing a makeup look and when you're going to take the photos they just don't turn out well.. Anyway, this is what I have for now. A few more weeks and I will be back with a new Canon, again ^^

Now I'm just gonna get a huge hot cuppa tea and watch some X-Files, tomorrow the King of Norway (yes, the actual KING) will be guesting the town where I live - and I'm so excited! I love the King so I'm definitely gonna be there to watch him in person! Wooohooo <3

BLOGtober 4th - I ♡ Fridays. FOTD & OOTD

Grey and rainy outside today so I´m just staying in with my boyfriend, it´s his birthday so we´re gonna celebrate with a nice homecooked meal and I´ve baked him a cake :)

I´m gonna catch up on the latest Sons of Anarchy episode - and finally the wait is over yet again - first episode of both Homeland and Eastbound & Down, I love Kenny Powers!

Any of you familiar with these shows?:)

Also another reason why I love Fall! Most of the good shows starts again :)

I was so excited to wear my new burgundy stretch jeans today because they´re so comfortable! Also love the combination with the mustard scarf:) 

You can´t see it that well, but I wear my new Dior 5th Avenue lipstick here, review and swatch will be up soon :)

Of course my boyfriend called me right in the middle of a photo and I had to make a face, I love #bbloggers life haha ;)

I had a dentist appointment early, early this morning so didn't bother doing my make-up until I got home and I just ended up playing around with some new lipsticks and glosses.

I bought a new foundation yesterday, but I feel it's a bit too light for me. Don't get me wrong, it seems to match perfectly, and it probably does too, I just feel uncomfortable without a tan :O

For the eyes I just did a basic neutral shadow, but with some warmer pigments than the regular brown shades I use :)

I'm waiting for my Sleek Palettes I ordered the other day and can't wait to play around with them!
